Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Delivery We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–10 business days from dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions, where available, will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
